The Hindi word kaliyug (कलियुग) literally translates to the age of darkness or the age of sin in English. Kali Yuga is expected to last for 432,000 years, having begun in 3102 BCE. Kali Yuga is an important reminder that life isnt easy and that we will always have obstacles to overcome.
